Is this you?

A good PM loves process; a great PM knows it’s a means to an important end. You’re detail-oriented, results-centric, and undaunted by technology (or technologists). You’ve internalized the iron triangle of time-scope-budget into your DNA.

On the personal side, you’re relaxed, comfortable working in teams, get it that writing good code can be genuinely hard to do, and always — most especially when it’s bad news — tell the truth.

As a Project Manager, you will…
Champion The Process
Given your positive demeanor, you’ll inspire trust and confidence in our process. You’ll help clients feel comfortable by building long term supportive relationships to keep their systems running strong.

Keep Clients Informed

Your unmitigated motto in life is never, ever to surprise a client.

Manage Project Schedules
Building off best practices in project management and your experience with the software development life-cycle, you’ll meet with clients to assist team members in gathering and document project requirements. You’ll work with the Technical Lead and other project team members to translate effort estimates and resource allocations into project schedules, monitoring and adjusting the schedule as the project evolves.

Control Budgets
With a keen eye for detail, you’ll stay on top of project budgets, anticipating any issues and heading them off at the pass before they arise. You’ll invoice clients on a monthly basis.

Coach Project Teams
Meeting regularly with your project teams to review progress (using tools such as Jira and Confluence), you’ll address any blockers, bring focus to project objectives, and solidify team cohesion.

Identify New Business
Fostering long-term, Trusted Advisor relationships with your clients, you’ll look for ways to offer more value year-over-year.

Share Best Practices
As a collaborative team-player, you’ll work alongside other Soliant Project Managers, improving the common pool of knowledge, and discovering and sharing best practices.

Grow Your Talents
Building off of your natural curiosity, you’ll gain valuable exposure to a suite of rich technical tools and mature business processes, working shoulder-to-shoulder with expert cloud (
