We are looking for a full-time Salesforce Solutions Engineer to join our client-centered team. This position offers the flexibility of fully remote work. Note that you must be able to work in the United States; we do not sponsor visas at this time. This is not a contractor or C2C role.

As a Salesforce Solutions Engineer, you’ll primarily be responsible for working with our customers and identifying their needs to help their projects be successful.

You'll work as part of a national consulting team -- We're a Salesforce partner and have been supporting clients for many years on the platform.

Additionally, you'll roll up your sleeves and implement complex declarative automation processes for your clients occasionally as well.

As a Salesforce Solutions Engineer, you will…

Analyze Needs and Design Solutions

You will further develop your experience in system analysis and consulting, transforming complex business requirements into robust solutions.

Develop Relationships with Clients

Using your excellent written and verbal communication skills, you’ll consult sophisticated clients on synthesizing business needs and technical concepts -- becoming their trusted advisor.

Deliver Value

As a reliable self-starter who likes helping people, you’ll deliver significant value for appreciative clients, and you’ll feel proud as you help dramatically improve your clients’ businesses.


  • Identify customer vision and strategy.
  • Lead discovery interviews.
  • Analyze and identify complex business information into technical components.
  • Perform business process modelling, user experience modelling and basic technical architecture diagramming.
  • Work with development teams on technical design and implementation strategies -- ensuring to identify where declarative solutions are appropriate, and where custom development may be necessary.
  • Lead internal testing processes.
  • Identify and explain customer process pain points and gaps in best practices.
  • Coordinate and manage user acceptance testing.
  • Lead user trainings.
  • Perform declarative development in Salesforce (e.g., Flows, Experience Cloud page development, Lightning Record page configuration, etc.)

Expectations for a Successful Candidate

  • 2+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst, 3+ years as a general Business Analyst
  • Salesforce.com Admin (CRT-101) certification and Cloud Consultant (e.g., Sales, Service, Experience) certification required; Advanced Admin or App Builder Certification preferred.
  • Hands on experience in designing several mid-size Salesforce implementations, including implementations involving integrations with external systems.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and limitations and can clearly communicate those to customers.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer relationship and conflict management skills.
  • Eligible to work in the US.
